You are looking at the culmination of 2 years Studying Interactive Media at Wakefield College. The work shown will hopefully demonstrate my abilities in a number of disciplines within the design enviornment, for both printed and electronic media. It also represents the end of the course.
The site has been branded with a simple pun "Shelf Promotion" as this has been the object I have seen most over the last two years, it has been a great source of inspiration.(due to the books not shown!)
Two years ago I went part time at work and enrolled to study web design. Without the intention of becoming a web designer.
To contradict this statement, since finishing the course I have decided to try and utilise my newly acquired skills by entering the web design industry as a freelancer. While still working part time.
I have a two projects that I am working on at the moment to build up my body of professional work. I am also learning to use textpattern for use in future projects.
